Community Use of Schools
September 9, 2024
eBASE – New online booking system launches for community use of schools - permits
The launch of eBASE introduces a new era for community access to school facilities. This online booking system simplifies the permit process, offering user-friendly tools and resources to assist groups and organizations in securing after-hours use of educational spaces. The system's design prioritizes ease of use and community engagement, with a comprehensive support structure including videos, tutorials, and a detailed FAQ section. Applications for permits will open in mid-September, with the permit period commencing in October, aligning with the 2024/25 school year. This initiative is expected to enhance community satisfaction and utilization of school spaces.
Due to this change, we will not accept applications until mid-September with permits starting in October as usual.
