Leadership

The Carpathia School Student Council is made up of grade 3 to 6 students, who are chosen based on their commitment to leadership, teamwork, and serving the school community. The Carpathia Student Council empowers students to develop leadership skills, represent their peers, and contribute to meaningful school improvements through collaboration and advocacy.  

Carpathia School Patrols play a vital role in ensuring the safety of our students during arrival, dismissal, and transitions, fostering a secure and orderly environment. Joining the patrol team is an opportunity for students to develop responsibility, leadership, and a strong sense of community service.  

Carpathia Recess Leaders are grade 5 and 6 students, who support positive play experiences by organizing activities, help resolve conflicts, and ensure all students feel included. Their role is essential in promoting teamwork, kindness, and a safe, enjoyable environment during recess times.  Recess leader activities change according to the seasons, and in response to student interests.
