Indigenous Gathering and Teaching Space

We are on a journey to developing a space that we can welcome elders, grandmothers and grandfathers into our school.  In consultation with an elder and Indigenous Support Staff, so far we have incorporated our school tipi, treaty timelines, treaty education kits, and a sharing circle.  

Our goal is create a space that we can gather in community and deepen our understanding of Indigenous Peoples and work towards reconciliation.
