Sacre-Coeur is a French Immersion Milieu School dedicated to both official languages. We believe that, when allowed to learn their way, children grow into distinct and unique individuals. We work to help children realize their full potential in a healthy, wholesome environment that encourages resourcefulness and responsibility.
École Sacré-Coeur is located in Ward 2 in the Central District of the Winnipeg School Division. Our school offers programs from Nursery to grade 8 with a population of 422 students. All subjects, aside from English Language Arts, are taught in French.
Because our school is designated as the French Immersion Milieu School for the Central District of the Winnipeg School Division, we have a large catchment area. Our boundaries are:
- the Assiniboine River to the South
- Kenaston Boulevard to the West
- the CP Rail lines to the North
- the Red River, as well as Elmwood to the East
