School Registration Information 2025-2026 N-Gr 7

Registration for the 2025/26 school year is opening soon. Catchment school registration for all WSD schools opens February 10, 2025. This is for learners entering a new school in their catchment area. Students already enrolled in the school do not need to register. Catchment school registration will be primarily online through a centralized registration page on WSD's website. Online registration will go live February 10 at 9:00am.

School of Choice applications for within-division and outside division students opens March 3.

ALL WITHIN-DIVISION STUDENTS MUST APPLY AT THEIR CATCHMENT SCHOOL FIRST BEFORE APPLYING FOR A SCHOOL OF CHOICE OR DIVISIONAL PROGRAM.

Students new to WSD or transferring within WSD:

Date of birth
Sex (as indicated on birth certificate or equivalent documentation)
Citizenship (Immigration documentation will be required)
Current school attended
Grade
Current address
Primary phone number
Email address
Name of legal guardian and relationship to student
Does student live with guardian(s) as identified (custody orders are required)
