    2. Honour and uplift Indigenous ways of knowing, being, and doing in teaching, learning, and decision-making.
  2. Re-Framing Student Identity: Positive, Strong, Sacred
    1. Support each student to see themselves as capable, strong, and valued.
    2. Celebrate individuality, community, strengths, and cultural identity in all aspects of school life.
  3. Collaborating to Build Positive and Goal-Oriented Relationships with Families and Community Members
    1. Foster strong partnerships with caregivers and community organizations to support student success.
    2. Families are welcomed, informed, and empowered to participate in school life.
  4. High-Quality, Real-World Learning
    1. Authentic, purposeful learning experiences.
    2. Projects, internships, and experiential learning connect classroom learning to life beyond school.

These priorities are reinforced through classroom practice, grade-level planning, mentorship, and reflection, creating depth and consistency across the school.
