Music Program

École Garden Grove School boasts an outstanding music education program.

Headed by Ms. Courteney Robinson, the program introduces students to music, and the appreciation of its various facets. They are given a basis in music theory, learn to play the recorder and participate in the intermediate choir, when in grades 4-6.

The choirs continue to be an outstanding feature of the music program in our school. Students are privileged to participate in an award-winning group that demonstrates, year after year, the high calibre of their music education. Intermediate choir is a non-elective component.

There are many optional music programs, too, as listed on the "Music" page under the "Extra-curricular" tab. Students are invited to participate fully, and benefit from the opportunity to grow in appreciation and competency.
