Opened in 1930, Hugh John Macdonald School is a grade 7 to 9 junior high school in the heart of Winnipeg’s inner city. Named for the eldest son of Canada’s first Prime Minister, Hugh John is a highly diverse school dedicated to technological innovation in learning, community activism, and global thinking.
